Finance Assistant

Possible is seeking Finance Assistant who will be responsible for clerical and supporting task for finance department of Nyaya Health Nepal Bayalpata Hospital, Achham, Nepal with high standards of patients care. Applications are being accepted on an immediate merit basis for Nepali candidates.

Management Structure

Reports To: Finance Associate

Direct Reports: None

Team: Finance


1. Academic Qualification: +2 in management or equivalent
2. Experience: At least 6 months experience of clerical work
3. Skills: MS office Package (word/excel/power point, email, Internet),Good verbal and written communication,energetic, loyal and hardworking
4. Other: Candidate having 2 wheeler driving license is preferred

Big 3 Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & filling
2. Field support
3. Communication and assist Finance Associate

Areas of Responsibility (AoRs):

1. Documentation & filling

• Collect purchase invoices, expenses sheet and other payables
• Check and review all bills or payment claim and ensure reliability and authentic of documents.
• Proper recording, book-keeping and filling of financial documents
• Issue cheques/IPS requests as per approval
• Petty-cash handling & maintain petty cash register

2. Field support

• Visit to different entities as finance representative of organization
• Banking task
• Payment & collection

3. Communication and assist Finance Associate

• Proper communication and cooperation with team using organizational communication tools (Asana, Gmail, G-cal, etc)
• Assist Finance Associate in book keeping, report preparation & other financial task.

4. Other Responsibilities

• Actively participate internal meetings (1:1 Meeting, morning standing meeting and other meetings as per requirement) as well external meeting as per assigned


You will spend 100 % time in Achham
